first public meeting Art Kimbrough (President & CEO of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce) opened the meeting.
Afterwards,
Karl Studenroth spoke about the activities and goals of NWFLEC, and the biodiversity of northwest Florida.
The keynote
speaker of the evening was Dr. Bruce Means. Dr. Means is a renowned ecologist, author and producer and has conducted
extensive research and conservation projects across the Deep South, Australia, South America and Africa!
Bruce also spoke about the biodiversity and conservation of northwest Florida
